Sim. Além da prevenção da gravidez indesejada, o preservativo feminino, se uso perfeito, apresenta eficácia de 95% e de 79% com uso típico. A eficácia contraceptiva do preservativo feminino é provavelmente semelhante à do preservativo masculino.
