13. Estudo de uma junção semicondutor-liquido com cristais de titanato de estroncio
In this work a photoelectrochemical cell has been done using n - SrTiO3 semiconductors and the results were interpreted. The SrTiO3 crystals were dopped in Hydrogen atmosphere with the control of time and temperature. For 4 different doping conditions we obtained thefollowing curves: current versus voltage, spectral response and efficiency versus wavelenght.

14. n-Type silicon photoelectrochemistry in methanol: Design of a 10.1% efficient semiconductor/liquid junction solar cell
n-Type Si electrodes in MeOH solvent with 0.2 M (1-hydroxyethyl)ferrocene, 0.5 mM (1-hydroxyethyl)ferricenium, and 1.0 M LiClO4 exhibit air mass 2 conversion efficiencies of 10.1% for optical energy into electricity.
