A avaliação das enzimas hepáticas antes do tratamento para ILTB, devido ao maior risco de toxicidade, está indicada nas seguintes situações:
• hepatopatia crônica (hepatite B ou C, hepatite alcoólica, cirrose);
• uso de outras medicações potencialmente hepatotóxicas;
• consumo regular de álcool; • puérpera até 3 mes

2. Contatos de pacientes com caxumba devem ser vacinados?
Sempre que houver um indivíduo com diagnóstico de caxumba, será necessário conhecer a situação vacinal de seus contatos. Consideram-se contatos os indivíduos que residem no mesmo domicílio ou compartilham a mesma sala de aula ou creche, o mesmo ambiente laboral ou outros ambientes fechados.
