8. Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay for Quantitative Detection of Bacillus thuringiensis Crystal Protein
Accurate measurement of the toxic protein crystal produced during deep-tank fermentation of Bacillus thuringiensis is critical for optimum process yield. The currently accepted method is a bioassay that requires more time to generate data than to complete the fermentation itself.
