8. Desenvolvimento, caracterização e infecção experimental de anisaquídeos (Anisakidae: Nematoda) em laboratório
The main goal of this study is to reproduce the life cycle of nematodes in laboratory. The helminthes were collected from Manx Shearwater (Puffinus puffinus) proventriculus. This beached bird was collected from the Southern Brazilian coast. The eggs of the parasitic nematode Contracaecum pelagicum were incubated in seawater at 21C and hatched after 60 hours.
