Trajetórias escolares e empregabilidade: um estudo sobre a inserção do jovem no mercado de trabalho

RESUMO

The deep transformations that took place in the labor world are provoking not only a raise in the inequality levels but as well in the appearing of a new social phenomenon: the exclusion of millions of people of the participation of the productive cycle. In this context the young have been the most affected. On the present study developed in the thematic area of education, culture and society in the line of research of education, culture and power on the Ateliê Sociológico Educação e Cultura of the Post Graduation in Education from the Universidade Regional de Blumenau (FURB) University of Blumenau, located in the state of Santa Catarina, which subject is teenager work and its insertion on the labor market. Its general objective is to analyze the educational facts that difficult and or stop the insertion of the teenager indicated by the Fundação Pró-Família, from the city of Blumenau, Santa Catarina, in the labor market. The research, on a qualitative area had as instrument of research the semi structured interview applied to four teenagers that attended Fundação Pró-Família and were indicated to the former labor market to its parents and five businessmen. The study showed that the partnership between the families and the school had different action for each interviewed but the non-linear trajectory reveals a divergence between the expectations from the parents and the real result. We shall warn the necessity for a revaluation from the school space - where you are able to gain knowledge to professional life - and its nature from its transformations through the educational experiments and its social movements, with the purpose that the teenager know its social origin from his suffering of not penetrating the labor market
