RESUMO
This dissertation, which comprises a line of research into Fictional Cinema and the Processes of Creation, creates a dance video of the frightened memories of a fragile body that has had to recover its courage. The reflections dealt with here refer to this body?s journey, tied in with the symbolism of water, creating images that were essential to the construction of this video script, amongst which are the choice of space which enters into dialogue with my body and my memories, the creation of the costume that complements my fragile intentions and the composition of the soundtrack that fills the silence of these memories. Along the way, the concern was to recover these memories, organizing and rebuilding them in the form of dance using the language of video, demonstrating the transformation that took place in my body during the journey
