RESUMO

T he thesis of the triad basis of the literary work starts to be developed by displaying the literary speech, in some of its aspects, focusing the complexity as one of the main constituent elements of the literary work nature. The notion of complexity worked here does not follow what is called complex paradigms developed by Edgar Morin, but it is defined as a set of elements interacting simultaneously inside the literary work. The idea of complex nature of the literary work is established in the plurality of elements that integrate the literary phenomenon as they are: the analysis perspectives, the space-temporary aspects, essential elements to the constitution of the literary work, such as author, device and reader etc. To the indicated elements as constituent of the complex nature of the literary composition, it is added the tripod, which founds the process of creation and literary existence and that is composed of the esthetic, epistemology and ethics. The definition of this tripod as genetic base of the literary composition constitutes the object of this thesis, which studies the concept of esthetic works as an ontological truth that unmasks the possible worlds to the human being existence, in a language that nor philosophy, nor science can unmask. The notion of esthetic as the science of the beauty is not followed here. The epistemology as base of the literary composition is not equivalent to the theory of the knowledge developed by the philosophy, nor to the description of the psychological processes of cognitive development, but it is followed a thought which bases on the language as a structure that expresses accumulated socially knowledge. The learning that literary language transmits differentiates of other knowledge because they do not depend on definite space and time and because of the opening of the signification. Regarding the ethical basis of the literary composition, it is presented the fact of this work do not follow any laws nor behavior ways as right or wrong, but it is characterized the ethics at the level of the literary composition, as expression of the interior manifestations that unmask the deepest human universe. In each one of the five chapters, how is the thesis structured, there are appointed theories and literary compositions that serve of support for the construction of the thesis.
