RESUMO

This work analyzed, in the perspective of the quality, the constituted relationships in the infantile educations pedagogical work involving sheltered children. We discussed this research as been realized in a infantile education institution located in a entity of assistance in Distrito Federal, having as emphasis the right of the children sheltered to an infantile education of quality, considering that the processes of constitution of the relationships are promotional of childs integral development. For this study, had contributed: ECA (1990); Kramer (2003), Kuhlmann Jr (2004, 2002, 2001), Sousa (2006, 2003, 2000, 1998), Dahlberg, Moss and Pence (2003); Cross (2004, 2002), Gobbi (2005), Szymanski (2003), Rizzini and Rizzini (2004). In the methodological path, we used the qualitative approach delineated by a study of case of the ethnographic type. This research worked, therefore, with three groups of children from three to six years old. We used the following instruments: half-structuralized interviews, comments, drawing and writing of the children. We interpreted the data found in the perspective of contents analysis proposed for Franc (2005). The information had been worked trough the evidences triangulation, as prescribed for Yin (2005) and had pointed out that the relationships between the children oscillated between moments of shelter and allotment and, most of the time, of aggressiveness and conflicts. Referring to the established relations between the adults and the children, we evidence positions of punishment, submission and control of behavior. These positions were the main concerns revealed in the meetings by teachers, social mothers and pedagogical coordinator who, together, searched ways to control the children. In this perspective, comes the necessity to discuss the complexity of qualitys meaning linking it directly to the quality of the relationships between adults and children and also between children and children on the pedagogical day by day.
