RESUMO
The objective of this research is to analyze the changes in the labor market and its contradictions, specifically the brazilian productive process. The implications that this changes cause to the workers, mainly the outsourcing workers, will be reflected on this research. Our focus is the growth of outsourcing process as one of the responsible by precarious work relations, like research analyses, studies and academic reflections inform us. This process have been intensified in Brazil, mainly after the productive restructuring implement verified in different sectors of the national capitalist production, keeping up with international changing process
