Teoria institucional: aderência às normas de RH em agências bancárias

RESUMO
This search tries to investigate throughout relative, normative and imitated aspects of the institutional theory, the managers adherence with the rules and politics of human resources (HR) about three agencies at a Brazilian trade bank and to identify is this adherence is related to the organizations productivity. To this the search had obeyed the following methodological procedures: it was deeply interviewed each one of the three managers, analyzing the data through a selection technique of the unity to meaning, by Bardin (1971), and it was validated the answers applying some questionnaires to four subordinates, to each manager, from the commercial area. To the collected data through the quiz it was applied the analyses technique using approached set theory, established by Loesch and Hoeltgebaum (2005). The results had showed that manager number one got the smallest productivity rote and only was considered adhered to the question, punishments, and sanctions. Apart this no one of the searched variables were considered significant, inferring so that the searchs supposition (how much smaller the rules adherence, smaller is the productivity) is confirmed. The managers number two and three were considered adhered to the rules in all its variables correlation and when they were individually analyzed, saying that they are according to the institutions rules and as this adherence infers positively on the agencies productivity, confirming the searches supposition. Its bringing out that manager three had got significant superiority on the productivitys results, pointed as consequence of his management strategy to shorten autocratic ways for deals with customers, throughout authorization of managers and department, without disobey to bank rules. Because of this it is established the necessity of an investigation about the autocratic obstacles, their influence on the agencys productivity and directing studies to the cognitive origin of the institutional theory, establish investigative views about profiles of the searched manager
