Sintese de diarilpropenaminas e avaliação da atividade biologica sobre o Trypanosoma cruzi e micobacterias

RESUMO

In this study, the diarylpropenamines derivatives of 3-(4 -bromine-[1,1 - biphenyl]-4-yl)-3-(4-X-phenyl)-N,N-dimethyl-2-propen-1-amine (X=-H, -Br, -NH2, -OCOCH3 or -OH), were synthesized through an Friedel-Crafts acilation followed by Wittig reaction. The effects of the diarylpropenamines, X=-OH and -NH2 were evaluated on the forms trypomastigote and epimastigote of T. cruzi .The ID50 values were 29,12,1 and 121,712,0 mmol L for tripomastigote, respectively, and 16,51,7 and 71,76,2 mmol L for epimastigote, respectively. The antimycobacterial activity of the diarylpropenamines derivatives (X=-H, -Br, -OH or -NH2) was also determined. Potential antimycobacterial activity was found to standard strains of Mycobacterium (ATCC) and M. tuberculosis from clinical specimens.
