RESUMO

The goal of this work is to explain to the academy, environment and water resources contributors the systematic that is being adopted and developed in the management of the trans-border water resources of the Amazon Bay. This project is based mainly in the Amazon Cooperation Treaty ACT and in the administration of the Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization ACTO, which is still strengthening its institutions. Also, another important point is to analyze the goals that the management of the Amazon Bay is setting, highlighting the development of a management system focused on trans-border bays. The bibliography was based on norms and law projects, as well as technical data related to the subject. This extensive research included interviews with professionals and academics that has studied and contributed to the shared management of the Amazon Bay, including technical visits to the ACTO, National Water Agency ANA, and the Office of Water Resources (Ministry of Environment SRH/MMA)
