RESUMO

The investigation Regional Culture and Education of Art: Path to a intercultural practice? Study of case: Sulivan Silvestre de Oliveira - Tumune Kalivono Children of the Future Municipal School is part of the Program of Master in Education, in the line of research Cultural Diversity and Indigenous Education. In this research, is discussed the teaching of art and the relations established with the regional culture, with emphasis in the indigenous regional culture and the power relationship that permeate the school curriculum, with dialogue on identitys construction and intercultural school practices. It is ask about what and how the regional art is worked, specifically in indigenous culture, in Primary Education, in one urban village of Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, considering the many cultural opportunities, with a permanent negotiation process, with cultural borders re-significated, dialoguing with educational practices in a pluralist context, evidencing which are the look given to art, indigenous regional culture and construction of identity and of difference. As methodology, the study begins on reflections supported in identity concepts, border, hybridization, interculturally, involving the symbolic and the representations, as a way to attribution of sense, connected to the power relations. In this sense were privileged authors as Hall and Bhabha and in the arts field Barbosa and Martins. The investigation situate the teaching of Art on school curriculum, reflecting about art concepts, culture and the relations established in teaching of art, presents the Sulivan Silvestre de Oliveira - Tumune Kalivo Children of the Future with hybrid population with a strong trace of terena ethnic, that searches and intercultural education in that sometimes, the non sentence does not occurs, In the survey, was observed that the concern about the teaching of art and indigenous regional culture is not specific of discipline of Arts, receiving contributions of extra-curriculars disciplines of Culture and Terena Language, solicitation of local community and ministered by indigenous teachers, as a mark of difference and scholar identity. The indigenous question referring to identity, looks better contemplated teorically than artistics manifestation of Terena ethnic, The speech holds as true that determined facts and occurrence are naturals, hiding the socials constructions permeated by power relations. The research investigate new investigations about the child subject and its interculturals relations.
