Proposição de metodologias inovadoras com a utilização de recursos de aprendizagem na área de ciências biológicas

RESUMO

The aim of this research was to investigate the usage of learning resources in pedagogical practice proposed by teachers and students from the Biological Sciences area. With the theme established, it was chosen to raise data on different levels of education, ie university, college and primary. For this reason, the proposed research is supported by theoretical references in different paradigms passing trough traditional towards innovative approaches, in special, in the complexity paradigm. Among the several authors that supported this search about the paradigms, highlights: BEHRENS (1996; 2002; 2005; 2006); BRANDÃO and CREMA (1991) CAPRA (1985; 1996; 2004); DEMO (1994; 1996); MIZUKAMI (1986); MORIN (2002; 2004; 2006); and others. This research involves an investigation about the pedagogical practice, in which besides the author s experience, it was included the contributions from BEHRENS (1996; 1998; 2002; 2005; 2006); FREIRE (1987; 1996; 2000); MORIN (2002; 2004; 2006); and also a chapter about technology resources, composed by the research of some technological methods in education and how these can be used on the different learning ways. Corroborated to this chapter some authors: MORAN (2004; 2005; 2006; 2007); SANCHO (1998; 2006) e SIQUEIRA (2004), among others. The methodology used in this research was based on a quanti-qualitative approach in a participative manner, where different groups of students and teachers from 3 learning levels took part, ie university (last but one period), high-school (3rd year) and primary (8th year). All groups belong to both private and public schools, in the city of Curitiba-PR. For the research, interviews have been conducted with university teachers and semi-opened questionnaires were done with the other groups. This way it was possible to raise and analyze the data. The teachers from the different educational levels were invited to think about the teaching process and to give their impressions about the methodologies, their methods of communication, their pedagogical practice using the learning resources, as well as, their contributions about the importance of their own continued study. The research had as major goal to raise possible contributions in order to assist on teachers - graduation and on students from Biological Sciences area that are allowed to teach. From the results obtained in this research the teachers and the students were favorable about the importance on using the means and resources of learning, as well as, defended an innovative methodology of teaching. The contributions from teachers lead to observe that, most of them, are trying to incorporate to their daily work several technological resources in order to revitalize their practice.They point also to the need on students getting used to create connections and human networking where the knowledge comes as the connecting element. The results point to a pedagogical practice with quality that generates knowledge to transform the society with the technology working in their favor, besides the learning applicability in a more conscience and responsible way.
