Ouvindo Vigotsky... dialogando com crianças : possibilidade de uma pratica pedagogica para o ensino da saude

RESUMO

The goal of this work was to investigate pedagogical practice in health teaching in a basic cycle class. The instrument of analysis was based on the historic-cultural perspective. The first part of this work has presented the theoretical study about the medical way of view, knowledge about health, historic-cultural perspective bases, which direct the questions of this research. The empirical part has based on ethnographic method that has favoured the observation and interpretation ofthe interaction among researcher, teacher and students. This method has also revealed the difficulties and perspectives of this subject based on Vigotski ideas about concept formation. The results have showed that discussion about health teaching is a distant promise conceming the quotidian teaching practice, as a result of the way of teaching literacy skills and the teacher behaviour when she teaches this subject. The researcher interventions have favoured the explanation of empirical world knowledge about health and an approach to a systematised knowledge, when she prioritised the dialogue. These interventions have considered the children necessities and interests, and have showed to be in accordance with new curricular proposals
