RESUMO

This assignment brings to the stage, under the spotlights, the radical effects of the analytic knowledge. It takes as an exhibition what is still circling in the psychosomatic field offering a challenging source of stumble. But it could also lead to the universe of the addition treatment in order to explore the presented difficulties in comprehension and the psychoses treatment , or just map the toughness of psychoanalyze in an institutional context, among other possibilities. It is not its aim to detangle the impasses of the psychosomatic field, but to make use of it to illustrate that its location remains in the confines of psychoanalytic thought, the main object of investigation; territory where the possibilities of a complete reflexive movement and clinical act takes place. That also represents the spot where beings go back to clamor for the tricky shelter of produced certainness supposed to make it possible to appease the act of living. Spot which enhances the intrinsic relation between theory and clinics from the isomorphic characteristics they present, serving as platform to spread the wings and fly towards Freuds discoveries, when one contemplates the subjective experience and its inherited complexity. What is presented and supported in the present assignment is the major character of creation, either in the theorization or in the clinical scope. When doing so, conditioning reflection and such clinical act to the mere exercise of certainties that could restrict themselves to the placebo effect which comes from an unrestricted connection to a belief system should be abandoned. Both concepts theory and psychoanalytic clinic can only be built in a specific space called Confines of Psychoanalyze. Moving the knowledge axis from its epicenter towards the confines equals to a productive but cruel perception of uncertainties when analyzing complex human phenomena. Supporting such formulations, the path taken in this assignment highlights the consequences of the inexorable desire to certainties and the part belief plays when constructing humanity; it also shows how actual science develops itself through the expurgation not only of creed but the necessity of total guarantees, which is always found in the human soul. Besides, the tragic thought is recovered as irreplaceable companion to better estipulate the psychoanalytic goals and enlightens the comprehension regarding the power not only of the thought itself, but of the act when founded on freudian ground. To the Fundamental Psychopathology is given special credit, epistemologically speaking, as it is assumed as an ethic locus where the tension of clinical discussions takes place and apart from trying to achieve universe producing a metapsyhological speech about the pathos remains in a special space within the Confines of Psychoanalyze when makes it possible to minimally calculate, so important and needful to the clinical act. Finally, in the present essay, the clinics is also mapped when referred to as the clinics of the confines which tries to elucidate key elements when facing the novel intervention listening experience when taken with no orthopathic parameters prescribed by one Other and established out of the own context of a singular subject
