RESUMO

This work presents the process of education in the personalist mounarian approach that has a basic category the emergency of the human person. The philosophical anthropologic mounarian vision has as central problem the human person. The reflection intents to do a comprehension (an understanding) of the dimensions of the human person that are the bases to reflect the educational process from the mediator origins established by Mounier. He was a man with a considerably short life before his great realizationes. In the 1930 years he participates in the best intelectual Parisian life. In this environment, marked by crises, he concived the idea of fouding a movement of ruptare before the established disorder, to promove the personalist and communitarian revolution. Between his challenges, we ruay emphasize those that transforme: the ideas in action, individual in person, society in community. In the perspective of education, considering he challenges, Mounier proposes to himself, as in objective, to respond how education can contribute to the emergency of the human person. This reflexion was developed during the Cours of Posgraduatione of the Program of master‟s degree in Education of the Regional University of Blumenau that integrates the research of the line, Philosophy and Education ? in the group Educogitans. The mounarian approach in relation with the educators in Brasil, mainly Paulo Freire, wake a rich contribution to reflect the current educative practice. This study is made through a bibliographic research, having in view the comprehension and interpretation of the works of E. Mounier, especially the personalism, published for the first time in 1949. Other works of the same autor and other autors and commentators about him in the perspective of education, as well as works of brasilian educators will be consulted. The methodology followed in this work is made through a bibliographic analyses of the texto. The presentation of this study consists of four chapters included the introduction. The second chapter broaches the Mounier`s philosophical anthropological vision of his awaskening to the philosophi up to the constituent dimensions of the human being: the alterity, the communication, the community. The comprehension of these dimensions are essentral to the emergency of the human person. The third chapter deals with the mediator rudiments to the process of education: interiority and affrontement and liberty and compromiss. The fourth chapter presents the considerations above possible educacional positions to the emergency of the human person
