RESUMO

This dissertation presents the study of the implementation of a workflow for teaching and learning of modeling diagrams using UML. For this study, use will be made of the features and benefits of concept maps to assist in understanding the development of the diagram, which can be used both in classroom teaching and in distance education. The main contributions of this work have been the implementation of workflow to aid in the teaching-learning models of UML, and the definition of the concept map, which represents traceability for modeling diagrams.
