RESUMO
This thesis is a linguistic study of Hypertext as a new enunciative technology from which the digital form of enunciation emerges. Its main objective is to show that Hypertext makes the digital form of enunciation possible. Based on theories like Social Interactionism, Textual Linguistics and Cognitive Linguistics, we describe the characteristcs which differentiate text from Hypertext on-line. We also describe how the users make digital references, the different types and functions of hyperlinks in the web and we analyze the relationship between Hypertext and the Postmodernism. ...
