RESUMO

Analyses information flow deriving from technological agreements, in Brazil. TT is presented as a commercial, political, cultural and communication relationship between owners and receivers of new technologies. It focuses knowledge and information as important elements towards national technological development. Technical, legal and statistical documentation of TT in Brazils, have been studied through specified periods moreover plans and programs scientific and technological policies. Literature review has allowed rising up factors and variables related to TT problems. The conjectural approach of technology, knowledge transfer to organizations, with theorical bases that allows including services informations as a strategic tool for TT success. The goal of my work is to analyze that, the success of internationalization process in Brazilian Companies, which have foreign plants, directly depends of development in Technology Transfer - TT. This dissertation, is justified by the needs of change the reality for Brazilian companies, where the information flow and the TT become the most important strategic tool of the participation of ours organizations on the international scenario and on the construction of a identity, to elevate e development another international commercial model for the Country
