RESUMO

This dissertation discusses the establishment of the Euromarket, presenting initially a synthesis of the development of the International Financial System as from the Second World War and the process of internationalization tf private banking capital. The factors which define or characterize the Euromarket and its historical development from its origins until the crisis of debtor countries in 1982 are further examined .The instability of this market and future possibilities are then analyzed
