O discurso midiático no fogo cruzado entre grupos transgressores organizados e equipes de segurança nacional: balas perdidas ou tiros certeiros?

RESUMO

This work intended to trouble how media discourse works through strategies in the discursive formation whose constitution is concerned about criminality, starting to regularities and discontinuity, in reference of the transgressor identities ressocialization and punition discourses, making value a kind of social pedagogy against crime. In order to do that, this study selected enunciates materialized in national circulation magazines Veja, Época and Caros Amigos. From the French and Brazilian Discourse Analysis, which methodological presupposes and analytical principles some theoretical support us from conceptions of enunciate, event, archive and memory. Important is also to say that developed dialogues with England and Brazilian Cultural Studies, in which gave the historical and cultural bases relatives to media practices, besides studying of ethical in relation of minority polices. In general, our work is organized by way that, in the first chapter, its shown the production conditions of the media discourse, since its history to visualization of magazine as a practice. In the second chapter, its told French Discourse Analysis projects history, having in mind Michel Pêcheux as its beginner. In following chapter, the concepts brought must help performing the analysis, mainly around enunciative description/analysis methods and the power inscription, proposed by Michel Foucault, studies about discursive heterogeneity and representation and social imaginary. The fourth chapter is concerned to analysis of enunciates selected on the magazines mentioned, dedicating an item to each magazine, in order of event. The analysis could demonstrate media discourse works like a macro-device, belonging the intersection and interrelation between several discourses and genders and, besides configuring the polyphony, lets discontinuity of the magazines identity in the regime of the contradiction between formulation of enunciate and constitution of discursive formations. Besides it, it was observed the media discourse as of the event order, in which it tends to (re)products negative representations relative the subject lives in the marginality, configuring, therefore, its identity like transgressor. Thus, in relation of this imaginary formation and the ones of media enterprise, having in view the spectacle present in the media writing, the transgressor identities are taken by discursive order on media to segregation of the society.
