RESUMO

This research analyzes the process of relations experienced by a teenager, who was accused of being the author of sexual violence. According to his judicial process, before being fifteen years old, he had made seven victims. Although this phenomenon impacts on society, recent policies for the sector have focused on deprivation of liberty and / or assisted freedom of such adolescents. In order to investigate the steps of socialization and their involvement in the construction of subjectivity, this study focuses on: the teenagers history of life and relationships, before and after the infractions were committed; on the psychosocial mechanisms and their mediation in the continuity of sexual violence. The methodological procedures consisted of documents archived in the institutions which are in charge of applying socioeducational proceedings in Goiânia, from 1997 to 2008. Another methodological procedure consisted of an empirical research conducted by the project Inverted a Rota, which enabled the psychotherapeutic care of the adolescent perpetrator of sexual violence. The systematization of the material of the research involved the reading of the transcribed material to a preliminary psychosocial survey, and the establishment of categories for the analysis. Although the material has been obtained by means of clinical sessions, the analysis was taken from the Social Psychology of socio-historical trend. Due to the diversity of the cases initially selected to participate in this survey, one was chosen because he was accused of having committed sexual violence against a larger number of victims, and he had participated in many psychotherapeutic sessions. Fred, the teen-author, denies the violations, and so do his family. The judiciary, on the other hand, confines the teen-authors, as if the action of keeping them behind bars could remove their sexuality and behavior. The analysis of categories revealed problems such as: the failure of school, early introduction in working spaces, extreme poverty; use of illicit drugs, use of firearms; experiences in violent contexts; religion; lack of sex education; inconsistent diagnosis of mental and neurological illness, and the difficulty of being the exclusive responsible for their violent behavior.
