RESUMO

The text proposes a reflection on children and their teachers relationships in elementary school classroom, considering the child conception of the Adolescent and Child Statute ECA. It presents the historical trajectory and the ideological and philosophical basis for Human Rights and Childhood concepts and the school and teacher evolution in the way of analyses and understands all of them, for to identify the permanencies and changes that characterize the present reality. At last, with the evidence of the Ideology power, it identifies the necessity of disclose the nature of permanencies that make it difficult to accept the concept of children like rights subject as the ECA identifies.
