RESUMO

The main problem observed by researches and reports with softwareâs engineering is the inadequate approach that the developers and users have been used during the project. This process frequently happen in the beginning of the construction of requirement eliciting, consequence of the conversations. Because conversations is the more natural and common activity between individuals and essential in the relationships. Using conversations, itâs possible to connect your own ideas with the ideas of the group and to know how some of them can assume own life and meaning. The conversations were produced from start point that considers what kind of observers they are. Witch one with your own learning process. In this investigation, we donât find another scientific works that have used conversation processes in the Requirement Eliciting. In this context, this research was developed in the human relations, between requirement engineers and stakeholders, trying to define how the conversation competences are present in the relations that happens during the eliciting. In this context, the researchâs objective was to build a conversation process that offer advantages to the learning of actors involved in the eliciting, based on the Ontology of Language and the Ontological Coaching, having the requirement engineer as the main observer. The research is classified as descriptive, applied, quantitative and qualitative, and regarding the investigation way, itâs a field research. To carry it, out constructed and validated a research instrument, that was answered by requirement specialists. The results were presented and analyzed using by means of statistical methods and conversational aspects. We could observe that who answered the questions donât have enough conversational competences and this fact can contribute to the fragile human relations and inconsistents requirements. Itâs essential emphasize the conversationâs importance to requirement eliciting, and the enlargement of the observation focus that the engineer must to attend in order to observe not only the software requirements, but also the other observers, who are asking the same requirements. Finally, it is presented the Conversational Learning Process for Requirement Eliciting (PACER), that open more possibilities for human relations, more effective and show new learning spaces for requirement engineers and stakeholders.
