RESUMO
This research project proposes the execution of exploratory multiple case study in Brazilian organizations. The theme to be explored is the 'jeitinho brasileiro' and its multiple interpretations and ways of operations in those social contexts A multiple approach to culture will be adopted, that includes ambiguity, in an interpretive perspective, that goes beyond the integration approach common to most studies on the theme. We intend, with the research, (1) to deepen the criticism that can be made to the studies on the theme and (2) improve the development of our comprehension of organizations as socially constructed systems of meanings; through a more complete approach to the phenomenon studied.
