Interdisciplinaridade: a busca de um projeto da quarta fase do Curso de Nutrição da FURB

RESUMO

This dissertation, tied with the line of Processes and Pedagogical-Didactic Methods of the Program of After-Graduation in Education of the Regional University of Blumenau (FURB), situated in Blumenau, SC, had as objective generality to analyze, in the practical ones of the Project of the fourth phase of the course of Nutrition of this Institution, interdisciplinary characteristics with focus in the human being. The specific objectives had been: to evaluate the presence or not, in the speech of the teachers of you discipline them involved in the Project, of the students of the fourth phase and of the coordinator of the Course of Nutrition of the FURB, the understanding of the practical conception and of the interdisciplinarity in a Project and if the assistance to the human being it is present in this speech and the practical one in field; e to analyze if the processes and methods applied in the Project characterize one practical one to interdisciplinarity with focus in the human being. Characterized as qualitative, this research, developed in the first semester of 2006, used, as instruments of collection of data, questionnaires, interviews and intensive direct comment with writings in field. It was analyzed, first, the individual interview with the coordinator of the Course of Nutrition, the stretch of the Politician-Pedagogical Project that related the Project with interdisciplinarity intention, the justification of this Project written for the participant professors, the questionnaires applied to these professors and pupils before its beginning inquiring if these previous activities would intervene with the practical ones to be developed in the Municipal School of white Blumenau of the Project. For analysis of the practical ones, the writings made in field and the carried through group interview with the pupils had been used during the Project, with support in meetings of evaluation of the same. The analysis of the data disclosed that the interdisciplinarity is a new attitude front to the knowledge and that needs to be evaluated, to be renewed and to be adapted by a team effectively integrated. To long for a Project with intention to interdisciplinar needs to form professors, to dialogue and to consider the helping pupils of all the process and to understand that the attended institution deserves a collective return for, by means of the democratization of knowing them, to occur effective social intervention
