RESUMO

It is a qualitative and exploratory research, supported with the History Life method. The purpose of this study was to understand aspects about the teacher formation that influence for the increment in the teacher participation on the Portal Dia-a-Dia Educação, a educational portal kept by Paraná State Educational Secretariat (SEEDPR), trhough your entity, the Paraná Technological Center (CETEPAR). The intention was to discover mainly what characteristics and relevant aspects about teacher formation collaborate for the teacher-author participation in the collaborative Pedagogical Environment of the Portal. For this, was accomplished a theoretical study about, among other aspects, the teacher identity based in Nóvoa (1997, 2002), Tardif (1991, 2002) and Shön( 1997,2002), the teacher formation and the Virtual Learnig Environment based in Sthal (2006) and Campos(2005). The instrument to collect the data was a questionnaire and the interviews applied to 13 teachers that contributed effectively with the Portal for a 2003-2005 years period. The mains results allowed to elaborated a brief teachers biography, to understand their characteristics relative the formative process and the participation. In general, the teacher s antecedents represented mainly by their personal and professional experiences was very important to became dinamic and participative teacher s. By this way, become possible to delineate the educator s profile that partake in projects as the Portal Dia-a-Dia Educação.
