RESUMO
The present research describes the changes that have occurred in the teaching practice of the teachers who have adopted an educational innovation in the municipal net of child education in Leme town, São Paulo state. Because of that, it was necessary that these teachers took part in the Formation Program of Human Resorts. The objective of this investigation is to verify if the changes occur or don t in the teachers practice of the pre-school, while they took part yin a perfecting program, innovate their pedagogic procurements and receive appropriated orientation. The educational innovation proposed was the Proepre, preschool educational program, composed by Profa. Dra. Orly Zucatto Mantovani de Assis, based on Genetic Epistemology of Jean Piaget. It is a qualitative research and the situation study permits that we know the changes occurred in the teachers conduct side the instruments created by the author and the researcher, it was used the direct observation. The obtained results demonstrated that the observed changes in the teaching practice were significants
