Identidade feminina e TPM - um estudo de casos com o psicodiagnóstico de Rorschach

RESUMO

This research aims to relate psychodynamics aspects and structural referring to the feminine identity, witness in the personality of women with PMS and marks of the Rorschach test that detect the femininity through a qualitative research, we search to explore these relations in a study of case with three women with ages between twenty four and forty two years, we diagnosis as carrying of characteristic symptoms of PMS, for the DSM-IV (1995) and CID 10 (2003). The data had been analyzed from semi-structuralized interviews and the Test of Rorschach to, evaluated according to the criteria of Silveira (1985), of which had been detached the plates I, III, VI, VII, also evaluated qualitatively.The results had disclosed similarities between the three participants in the form to react and in the constitution of its identity autonomy resources had presented general limitation of the personality poverty of fancies, precarious resources of autonomy and auto-affirmation, live of relations object primitive with low gratification, permeate of sadism, rejection and frustrations and affective relations marked by the passivity and dependence. Consequently shows a diffuse perception of itself, weak differentiation between self and self fear as for the sexuality, not indicating difficulty in establishing its individuality and its femininity.The symptoms of PMS, signals of a period of intense malaise announce disequilibrium of the body with the surroundings and consequently they denounce also the disequilibrium of the researched women front to the world. Thus the intention in integrating the knowledge on PMS and the constitution of the femininity, in takes to suggest them the deepening of these studies, with the objective to open debates and reflections on strategies to improve to understand and to assist the woman in this period.
