Filosofia personalista de Mounier: proposta educativa para a superação da educação que coisifica a pessoa

RESUMO

The education has lately showed itself as the key element in the globalization process, which defense is orientated by the edification of a flexible, productive, competitive and adequated to the markets demand human resources. The immediately consequence of this logic is the utilization of the education as an ideological apparatus, that favors the ideology of accumulation, which reducible character produces individualistic people, stagnant and turned into things. Considering that this education favors the culture of the possession (to have) in place of the living being culture (to be) and is responsible to produce passive individuals, this custom also inhibit the creativity and the critical capacity. Consequently, is necessary to build an educational project which favors the individual and social development and also points to improve on the individualism. On the contrary of the current educational perception, in the Personalism of Emmanuel Mounier, there is an alternative transcending the educational problems generated and accentuated in the society, which is a server of the capital. The goal of the present study is to identify how the Personalism philosophy may contribute to an education that promotes the person and Emmanuel Mounier over come the individual culture, spread by the mercantile logic. It was developed during the postgraduate course offered per the Master Education Program of the Blumenal Regional University and integrates itself into the researches of the Education and Philosophy Research Group EDUCOGITANS. Regarding the methodologists aspects, the bibliographic revision is used, based on the qualitative nature of the research, which character is interpretative, critical-analytic and of the dialectic process. The bibliographic researched was based on the Emmanuel Mouniers works: Le Personnalisme and Manifeste au service du personnalisme
