RESUMO

This research is part of the practice experience of a non formal educational project "Direito de Ser" (Right of Being), wich attends children and teenagers in the periphery of Campinas-SP. The purpose is, from the reality, to reflect about the theoric basis under those the pedagogycal works of non formal education should be stablished. It takes the daily life as basic category and collects from the daily life of social projects the stronger signs that should be observed in a theoric stablishment of these. The violence, the alienation and the necessity of a vision of the totality, income as central references and, from these reflections, we obtain the moral education, developed by the libertarian pedagogy, like a possible and challenger way where the moral education can be stablished.
