RESUMO
This study aims at a demanded necessity to reflect on a new world. The attributes consequences of technological progress, which it reverberates in all the sectors of contemporary society, especially, in the scope of the Right: the Internet. The dissertation attempts to analyze the legal relationships that involve the human being, its intellectual manifestations, covering the process of construction of legal regulation of the rights of the personality and focusing the individual in the main role of its activities, what as well as causes its entailing to other areas of knowledge. The main concepts and excellent aspects of verified right to privacy in the legislation are boarded the doctrine overhelmed in its traditional system. A system that starts to suffer decurrent pressures from the ticket of the Liberal State for the Social State. Despite the existing changes in society, originated with the appearance of the new technologies, especially in the field of the rights of the personality, it urges to point out that its system of legal regulation remains to the adopted one for the traditional model. It needs only new instruments, more adjusted to the digital reality, which will have to be created with the aid of all society. The right to privacy in the virtual age is plus a form of manifestation of the person, becoming a means of concretizing the dignity of the human being
