Desvendando os caminhos e descaminhos das ações educativas em saúde coletiva e a formação do enfermeiro: recortes para antropologia e sociologia

RESUMO

Such an investigation search the understing of the meanings, relacion and experiencies, that happened in health educational practices. After had been seen this the process involved; since the graduater organization, until the instituition that develop it. In this way, it was observed the anthropology and sociology contributions to the background and practice of the nurse, as well as, to the educational activities in health. The study was realized in two Universities (one of them was public and the another one, private) and tree UBSs. The investigated actors who represented these establishments were coordinators of nursery courses, anthropology and sociology teachers, nursery academicians and collective health nurses who were involved in educational groups. The period of research was from the middle of 1999 to the beginning of 2001. The theorical reference was the Simbolic Interacionism that allowed the understanding of the interactions and human actions; the metodological sketch was the Grounded Theory which made possible the construction of the theory from collected data in the scenery and from the investigated actors. At first, it was got twenty-six phenoma. Among them, emerged a process that characterized the result of the performed research such as: ANTROPOLOGY AND SOCIOLOGY HAVE A LOW IMPACT ON THE BIOMEDICAL PATTERN OF THE NURSES BACGROUND AND PRACTICE, CONSEQUENTLY, ON THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN COLLECTIVE HEALTH. This process made evident that anthropology and sociology are strategicaly necessary to the nursery courses; however, the way in which they are presented, as features of the course, they endanger the contributions of these subjects. At the same time, the biomedical pattern that guides this course, seems to make difficult the contributions to the education in health. Owing to the low anthropolgy and sociology apprenticeship and the power of that pattern, the educational practices in health are even seemed as important and plays the main part in the collective health nurseswork. However, it is of little influence in the community because it gives more attention to the illness questions, therapeutics and cure than to the promotion of health. The groups occur without diagnosos of necessities, planning, evaluation, with na utilitarian purport, among others; having, in this way, low impact on the citizenship rescue and on life conditions that are the purposes we hoped they would search
