RESUMO

This work had for objective to study as it comes occurring the implementation of Conteúdo Básico Comum (CBC) of Mathematics of Basic Education for a teacher which act in a Escolas-Referência. The research happened in a public school of the state, of the city of Juiz de Fora, that is part of the Escolas-Referência Project. For in such a way, a study of case by means of participant comment was carried through and content analysis, aiming at to identify as the methodology, the theoretical approach, the guidelines present that proposal teaching curriculum of CBC are new meanings in practice by Teacher of Mathematics of Basic Education are new meanings in the practical one for the Teacher of Mathematics of Basic Education. This work is just short documentary analysis and literature review on curriculum and Escolas-Referência Project and the methodology proposed for a field research. Comparisons between documents CBC and Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) for Mathematics for the elementary school that resulted in similarities as well as differences. Interviews conducted with all teachers of mathematics at the school searched showed the reflections that have in relation to the policy and the CBC for their work. The results of observations of classes were analyzed in line with the interviews the teacher searched on the basis CBC and the guidelines of the PCN, both of mathematics for (5th and 8th series). These analysis indicated that, at times, she used up activities in the document, which has formed part of their practice, which hindered dissociate which was caused by the identification of the CBC. The expectation is that the results can generate subsidies for new reaches more depth on policy curriculum. The analysis of the data gave up in the light of the guidelines of the qualitative research, with the references authors who deal with the PCN as Teixeira; Moreira and Santos, dealing with curriculum as Young and Silva educators and mathematicians as D Ambrosio; Walquerdine and Knijnik
