Controles de gestão utilizados em cada fase do ciclo de vida organizacional: um estudo nas indústrias do setor metal mecânico do Município de Joaçaba/SC

RESUMO

This work identifies kinds of management controls which are used in each stage of the organizational lifecycle praised by Adizes (1999), in metal mechanic sector companies from the city of Joaçaba/SC. A descriptive research was performed with quantitative boarding - survey one - in metal mechanic sector companies from the city of Joaçaba/SC. From the 54 companies which were in the list supplied by the Municipal City Hall, an intentional sample was selected from the 30 largest companies, based on the Economical Movement gotten from the Associação dos Municípios do Meio Oeste Catarinense. The data survey was performed in August, 2005, based on questionnaire delivered to the selected companies managers and this questionnaire was collected back later, once all of the contacted people answered all research instrument questions, therefore, this research is censitary. The study is inserted in the group of Researches in managemental Controls, from the research line of manage control, from the Post-Graduation Program in Accounting Sciences from Universidade Regional de Blumenau. The research results evidenced the respective stages of the organizational lifecycle in what each company is inserted and the management controls used in each stage and showed, thus, that there is a relation between them. It is concluded that each researched company adopt different management controls in each stage, considering their particularities, in order they can have subsidies when making decisions, aiming solidity in the market
