RESUMO

The concept of entrepreneurship is surrounded by myths, and in many cases, it is applied in an empty way, provided by a halo of marketing in order to stand out in relation to the other competitors, even when it offers something similar to them. A lot is said about the enterprising behavior, however, sometimes it happens incorrectly and intuitively, bringing a superficial result most of the time when it is applied. People from different professional areas try to apply the enterprising vision in their fields, especially the ones whose products have to do with direct consumption, being confused with publicity. On the other hand, the behavior of the teacher who wishes to apply the benefits brought by an enterprising behavior, must forgo the theory quest about the theme, as well as apply them in the right moments and ways, so that even when he/she is questioned by those who do not believe them or know them, can be successful and obtain the triumph at the end of each mission. This work is directed to the teacher, especially the Geography one, however, it does not discriminates any other subject. It provides an entrepreneurship vision that is related to Brazil and to the rest of the world through the analysis of the GEM 2009 Report, the readings of the following authors like Dolabela (1999;2004;2006), Dornelas (2001; 2009) and Fillon (1999). It also provides a vision of the student s situation in relation to the experience he/she has during his/her life in middle school, based on the readings about the theme emphasized here, Longhi (2005; 2006), Piaget (1974), Freire (2004), Libâneo (1994), Falcão (1986) and Araújo (2006), among others. The closing of the work suggests the possibility of offering a special entrepreneurship discipline, directed to the Geography student.
