The actual situation of the woman shows that they continue subjugatedby the masculine obedience. The introduction of the women in the productive labour s world, time afier time it s toa much active,not decrease the executedhouse works by the women into "home". Otherwise,have knowledge a hardening ofthe conditions forced by double day s work. However,when the woman is introductedinto the labour s world, she meets an extremely uncertain conditions that forces to seUher labor for less salary than mano The modifications that have been done on the labour s world OOton the enhancement of the work. In which represents for women, part time employments and small salary. The reality of the labour s world go through an abstract discussion about the social classes and humankind. The female s liberty wiU not occur only by the woman introduction into the productive work, although this is an element to her partial emancipation. However, the female worker suffer at the same time of exploration and opression. lt shows the difference from the burguer s women. There are women suffer only of opression and they are part of the rich class. This discussion shows us the difference between women according to their social classes, but identify just one composition about the humankind. It shows us a big contradiction between female humankind. The ways that have been offered to insert the women into the labour s world, on it s meanders, presents the necessity of a discussion about social classes and humankind, just the way as it is on affirmative actions and the comparable worth
