RESUMO

Every day we come across health professionals having difficulties in team work in which it is necessary to have experiences exchanging, group construction of objectives and dealing with different styles of thinking. This context reinforces the idea that we are not well qualified during the graduation course to work in a multiprofessional team, in an interdisciplinary way as the national health system outlines in this country. In order to construct a significant change in teaching and research, a reorganization of the pedagogical systems must occur, redirecting the teaching of sciences from an integrative view and providing the student a global view of the reality. We can observe that it is quite difficult to work in the health area without absorbing the knowledge about the basic sciences, the anthropology and the social sciences. It is complex to perform praxis in physiotherapy according to the social demands and public health policies in force, without the interaction with other professional identities. Thus, this study aimed at finding, through the theme analysis of contents, spaces named as boundary objects inserted in the curriculum of a graduate course in Physiotherapy, in which it is possible to develop teaching activities which makes the interdisciplinary team work practice possible in addition to the knowledge acquisition. In the documents of the analyzed course, we verified a wealthy of contents which can be taught in connection with other courses in the health area, articulating points of view about the same theme, but a few of them are really explored. Thematic axis can be suggested in order to direct the teachers to this proposal of teaching: public policies, family health, woman health, children health, the elders health, workers health, promotion and education in health area, among others. The development of teaching practices, aiming the graduation of a professional well qualified for team work, includes seminars with discussions about the local reality, weekly meetings, extension projects, teaching projects, course conclusion essays, joining together teachers and students who are interested and have attitude to this practice.
