RESUMO

The purpose of this research was understanding undergraduate teachers socials representations from the Escola de Educação Física, Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional da UFMG about bachelor and licensed degrees of Physical Education and its implies at both undergraduates ways. The investigation was based on Socials Representations Theory (MOSCOVICI, 1978) and analyzed lawful documents that support the curriculums reforms in the Physical Education area in the 1962s, 1969s, 1987s and 2004s. The intentional flame included nine undergraduate teachers. The data was colleted by semi-structural interview, narratives and analysis of one publication from each teacher. We had verified that the social representations from the teachers were made based on articulation of conjugates guidance, where emphasize the facts that the degree of bachelor is anchored on the necessary knowledge to work on bachelors specifics fields; the licensed degree, beyond the characteristic necessaries to teaching, has a component of the characteristic of a teacher (be an educator) and the results of teaching. The socials representations of the teacher makes possible to understand how chooses, systematizes, perceives and prospects their teachers and students activities, to undergraduates bachelor and licensed in Physical Education area.
