RESUMO

This study is result of a business process review performed in elevator manufacturing company. Herein are investigated concepts and tools for BPR application in a Case Study. The main issues are: delays, extra-costs, lack of process control due to non structured process along the bidding process of highlycustomizableproductsusedin a businessline called Modernization. Through Lean Manufac turing and Project Management techniques, the bidding process was reviewed and implemented. The development method to implement the change is scope of this study as well results verificationafier the implementation.
