RESUMO

During the last years, the number of users of the communications systems has boomed causing a search for an effective use of the frequency spectrum. In each new standard, something has being optimized. This work introduces a new parameter in the search of improved communication system performances, the System Isolation Rate. By analyzing the modulation influence in this parameter, this work shows how the system isolation can bring improvements to the modern communication systems. In addition, this text describes two computer codes that has been translated to Java Language during the work: PRAC (Parabolic Reflector Analysis Code), and GRADMAX for Web. Those computer codes could be used in the future to design new antennas geometries based on the System Isolation Rate results using intelligent algorithms.
