RESUMO

Aiming to increase the efficient use of fertilizer in agricultural systems while maintaining the ecological balance, the interest was increased by manipulating Rhizobacteria, showing great potential and practicality of use. The study aimed to evaluate the agronomic performance of crop and chemical composition of maize to second crop subjected to inoculation with Pseudomonas fluorescens under different levels of NPK. The experiment was conducted at the School Farm and Laboratory of Soils, Department of Agronomy of the UEL, the cultivar hybrid 30F35. Six treatments were tested under the experimental design of randomized blocks in factorial scheme 3x2, corresponding to three levels of NPK (0, 50 and 100% of recommendation) and two inoculation-based P. fluorecens (with and without), with 4 replicates. We used 125 and 250 kg ha-1 08-28-16 formulated in the furrow, to 50 and 100% of the recommendation, respectively. Were evaluated fitometricas characteristics, the broken and lodged plants, production components, productivity and chemical composition of the grains. Data were subjected to analysis of variance and means compared by Tukey test at 5%. Fertilization with 100% of the recommendation provided greater plant height and length of spike. This inoculation in plant height and ear insertion, however favored the ear diameter. The fertilization of 100% in the presence of P. fluorescens increased the length of ear, ear weight, the weight of 100 grains and yield. The presence of P. fluorescens with 100% fertilization increased the number of kernels per row, the ear diameter and ear weight. The application of Pseudomonas fluorescens inoculation via increased levels of P and K of corn, regardless of fertilization levels. The nutrient content, protein and ash of corn were not favored by the levels of mineral fertilizer. The inoculation with P. fluorescens and mineral fertilizers did not increase the accumulation of nutrients, protein and ash grains.
