RESUMO

This dissertation has for object the Property in the Transnational State Contemporary and Relations. To start this work one is in the First Chapter about to locate in the history the property, delaying itself In the Property for the Tribes of Israel in the Old Biblical Will to perceive applications of its social function, and, following for the routine historical way to make a General Historical Boarding. As theoretical bedding, the Legal Disposal of the Property is dedicated in the Second Chapter, discoursing itself on the private property, its social insertion and the public property and its inherent function, which is, social, lingering itself in the question of the sovereignty under the optics of the globalization to arrive at the property modality where the limits and contours are compromised by the global phenomenon. Finally, in the Third Chapter, are treated on the of the character beyond the national one of the property discoursing itself on slight knowledge of State, covering itself for the Modern, Liberal, Social State and Contemporary. Current examples are brought of this modality of property not yet appraised by the doctrine, but felt in the social, economic and legal relations. The Ends Considerations brings in its bulge the answers to the raised hypotheses, searching to calm the fidgets provoked for the research and being traced possibilities of confrontation of the situation, but, at the same time, more fidgets.
