A nova regulamentação do ensino tecnico : cidadania ou submissão?

RESUMO
This dissertation analyses today s regulation of the techinician-profissional education in Brasil, determined by the law-decree nr. 2208/97, wich segregated the normal high-school education from the techinician-profissional education. Among the objectives aimed by this study we can point out the identification of the social-historic pressures that were in place at the moment of this law-decree creation and its consequences. However, the main purpose is to verify whether this model of study achieves or not the formation of citizens. In this sense, we analyse all diferents connotations that the word citizenship has acquired historically and we forge a concept of citizenship, to function as an instrument to analyse the law decree. We ve adopted the Antonio Gramsci thoughts as theory reference
