A importância do talento humano como recurso estratégico: um estudo sobre as políticas para retenção de profissionais em organizações de tecnologia da informação

RESUMO
Leaders of administrative, world organizations and professionals of management are debating the changeable nature of the work. The arguments concentrate in the diminution of the stability in the job and in the stress of the loyalty and fidelity to the company. Fairly, that challenge has generated arguments and adoption of politics to retain the talents in the companies, mainly in the organizations of Technology of the Information, TI. That by your dynamic, competitive nature, high performance, innovation and creativity, requires a bigger attention in the practices that enable the retention of talents. In that setting, the inquiry that arises is about the reason of the lag between what is heard itself; reads itself; writes about management of persons; and what actually is adopted in the organizations. Being like this, the present work had as main objective to carry out a study about the talents retention practices in 6 (six) companies of TI. The methodology utilized was of the qualitative approach of the facts. The means of inquiry utilized in that work were bibliographical research and fieldwork. Regarding the ends, that work characterizes-itself as descriptive. The facts for the achievement of that study were obtained so much of straight form as insinuation. Straightly, the collection gave by interviews are structured next to the agents of the companies studied. Indirectly, the facts were collected in lawful documents given up by the companies and of diverse publications concerning the research. The study shows the importance of the politics and of the persons management practices for the retention of human talents. One concludes that good the practical ones in the implantation of politics of human resources aiming at identification and retention of the human talent, must observe the relevance of the formation and choice of the managers, as well as adoption of politics and programs that they aim at to stimulate the personal and professional development of its collaborators.
