RESUMO

This study investigated the teachers? strategics to face the school everyday life difficulties. The hermeneutic phenomenologic methodology inspired this work. The study has occurred from a municipal school a Salvador city with teachers from 1st until 8th grade fundamental learning and has condiderated the pedagogic work organization like approacher elememt to promate and/ or to aggravate the teachers? health. Understanding that the teachers? actons have some especiallies to comparason with others professional categories I discussed the profession exercise like an activity which demand some specially of school organization. To understand to strategies built by teachers would be necessary having a discourse about the adversities that tey have to face realizing the teching actions. These can be come from relationships built on school space and from teaching action?s context. About the strategies teachers build the like a herper instrument to keepping on their energy and trough this crative way they can get some alternatives to face the scholls? problens. The school instituion doesn?t make up like a place where they having been envolved. This study shows that there?s a necessity of building a pedagogic organization work up that consider the coletive like something into education and teaching action. Finallly a datach that the defensive strategies can get on teachers to put of educative process on a banal place, while flying in the face on strategies represent a hold helper to try changing the adversities im creativity finding to promove the learning.
