Knowledge Management has become very important to the organizacions worldwide. The knowledge society has brougth to the world the human assets importance to the development of companies and their competitiviness. In case of public companies, they aim to get a very good citizen relation instead of they become rich. They can play a great role to perform end develop knowledge Management practices. Care with people development to serve society better not just to maximize revenues or improve competitiveness highlighties Knowledge Management. Althought there are public problems, they canÂt stop the administrative evolution of the public companies. This job aims to write about a pilot project of the Knowledge Management to the Court of Justice in Pernambuco State. Build a virtual community of pratice and create a cyberspace where people can exchanging experience, sharing information and knowledge. Start by a small project envolving two divisions inside Informatics Directory and in the near future, others pratices can be true in the organizacion
