RESUMO
Our work has as object the social speech of the brazilian song that was produced in the decades of 1960 and 1970. To tenns the objective to apprehend, through the song, the tensions gifts in the social relations of the period in question, we opt to working with the songs presented in the FestivaIs of Brazilian Popular Music. This because these events had had a considerable success and a long-range spreading, in the measure where they were tied by the television senders. One will search to understand, for the analysis of the letters of the finalistas songs of the festivaIs, who speaks through Brazilian popular music, of which this workmanship of culture constructs one definitive speech and until point this speech becomes a possible picture of a time
